代辦「前置協商」 協會遭控A卡奴錢！ - yam天空新聞 Apr 30th 2012, 06:58 卡奴已經背負了不少債務，難道尋求協助還要被剝一層皮嗎？「中華民國全民法律關懷輔導協會」就被媒體爆料，宣稱有高明的談判技巧，可以幫卡債族跟銀行協商，藉口進行代辦業務向卡債族收取3到8萬不等的服務費，據了解光是成立3年下來就處理超過900多件，疑似違法營利，銀行公會提醒卡債族，前置協商根本不用付任何一毛錢。
